Sounds Beautiful, a new innovative product line from the leaders of interior acoustic design, embarked on a significant global product launch. To augment the launch process, they required a combination of expert UX design, robust digital marketing strategies, and in-depth eCommerce consultation. They turned to Growzilla to ensure a successful product launch.
Their legacy sales approach was primarily through retailers and partners. This product launch marked their maiden venture into the realm of eCommerce, a channel laden with its unique challenges. The task was to leverage innovative UX strategies, optimize conversion rates, and create impactful email marketing campaigns to drive product sales and lead generation.
With the power of data-driven design, we dedicated over 60 hours to comprehensive UX research. Our methods involved the advanced application of Eye Tracking and Usability Testing, understanding the user journey, and identifying areas for enhancement. Our focus was to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience that would drive conversions.
To prepare Sounds Beautiful for their eCommerce journey, we conducted numerous eCommerce Oriented Audits. The goal was to optimize conversion rates, improve landing page designs, and provide the client's team the knowledge they needed to navigate the eCommerce landscape.
We designed landing pages explicitly tailored to maximize lead generation and product sales. Each page was the result of careful research, testing, and iteration, ensuring they were optimized to convert visitors into customers.
We implemented various Email Marketing based Sales Funnels and Lead Magnets to nurture potential customers and spur engagement. By personalizing email content and optimizing delivery times, our strategies led to a significant boost in email performance metrics.
Our comprehensive approach resulted in a successful global product launch for Sounds Beautiful. Email marketing registered a 100% increase in open rates and a 30% rise in click-through rates. Moreover, Sounds Beautiful experienced a solid uptick in conversions, marking their first dive into eCommerce a resounding success.
